Where do I purchase Doraemon merchandise?
Simply head to our DFCSG e-Store and Carousell! Do check out the hot sales and available promotions over the news section or on our SNS.
Why are the social media feeds updated at irregular intervals?
Doraemon Fan Club, Singapore has scaled down most of the operations for feed and website updates due to operational constraints. Fans and visitors may visit our Service Status microsite for the latest service updates.
Can I be part of Doraemon Fan Club, Singapore?
If are passionate in Information Technology (e.g. Website development), Entrepreneurship, Business (e.g. Accounting, Marketing), Digital Media (e.g. Creation of images, Photoshop), or even Public Relations (i.e. Handling enquiries), we welcome you as you will be able to gain great experiences and display your skills while volunteering with us! As long as you have the interest to offer your help to the club, do consider joining us!
If you worry that volunteering with us will take up a lot of your time or will become troublesome, do note that we have different Volunteer Categories to cater to your different needs. Hence, do drop us an email at volunteer@doraemonfanclubsg.com with your CV/Resume to schedule for an interview with us so we could discuss further on!
e-Store
Why is DFCSG e-Store always redirected to Shopee?
As part of DFCSG’s e-Commerce experience upgrade and improvement, the classic DFCSG e-Store has been decommissioned and all operations from the classic e-Store are shifted to the Shopee platform. The new experience now greatly improved the e-Commerce experience along with seasonal sales and discounts, maximising benefits of our fans. Fans and visitors can now expect more than just Doraemon on our e-Commerce platform.
Why are pre-orders not available on Shopee?
Because all pre-orders have a timeline that exceeds the time given allowed by Shopee to fulfil an order. Hence, we are unable to open these pre-orders on the Shopee platform.
What is the timespan for delivery and collection of my product(s)?
For all orders on DFCSG’s Shopee and Carousell platform, we will follow the given timeframe allowed by both platforms and will generally fulfil orders in 3-7 working days.
For all pre-orders, we will fulfil the orders based on the timeline given in the pre-order form.
Can I exchange if my product(s) has / have issues on arrival?
You may apply for an exchange or refund by reaching out to us on various platforms. However, please be informed that only successful requests are granted an exchange or refund. You may also be contacted by us if we require more information.
For orders on Shopee, please submit the request on Shopee. Thank you.
What are the payment methods available?
For orders made on Shopee, we accept all payment methods that Shopee accepts.
For orders made outside of Shopee, payment can only be made by Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card (VISA, MasterCard) via PayPal*, DBS PayLah!, PAYNOW, or Paypal*. Available payment methods may vary.
*Subject to 15% administrative fee.
