- Pre-order period: 13–20 July 2025
- Deposit: A minimum 50% deposit (non-refundable) is required upon order. Payment must be made during order submission.
- Balance payment: Due within 1 working day upon notification in August.
- Estimated fulfilment date: 15 August 2025, subject to stock arrival.

- International Shipping Fee (flat): SGD 10 per order
- Self-collection option: Limited time slots at Raffles City Tower on 20 August 2025
