The DFCSG e-Store will be officially reopening from 31st August 2020! After careful considerations, the DFCSG e-Store will be reopening in phases to ensure that our systems and workflow are ready. The DFCSG e-Store also implemented a range of measures, including the temporary cease of “Self-Pickup” options to help prevent the spread of the disease.
Under the phased approach, the DFCSG e-Store will first reopen. At the beginning phase, waiting times will be longer than usual as there is a need for DFCSG to coordinate with our delivery couriers and to adjust our workflow for the best productivity. The first phase, which will be the shortest phase, is expected to last for a few days to a few weeks.
Once the workflow of DFCSG e-Store is adjusted and stable, DFCSG e-Store will move into the second phase of reopening and will progressively reopen more platforms as well as introducing new ordering methods for the convenience of our fans. More payment methods will progressively restore too and waiting time will be back to the normal waiting time as per stated on DFCSG e-Store’s website. The second phase is expected to last for a few weeks to a few months depending on the orders we received during the phase two period.
DFCSG e-Store will eventually move into the final phase which we expect will be the longest phase as DFCSG e-Store adapts to the new normal and explore on options to continually improve and automate the DFCSG e-Store. Due to the uncertainty of the future now, details for the final phase is currently not available.
As DFCSG e-Store finally reopens, we have planned a special promotion to celebrate our comeback as well as Doraemon’s birthday! Details will be released on the day of opening. Please refer to below for details on our opening.
