Dear all,
In view of the latest development of the COVID-19 outbreak, Doraemon Fan Club, Singapore is holding off from proceeding further with our 5th Anniversary Celebration Plan due to the new preventive measures such as safe distancing and limiting groups to 10 persons or fewer, which will be in place until end of April, and have chances of being extended. In the meantime, DFCSG will be exploring on other options to hold the celebration should these measures be extended or if the situation remains fluid.
Due to the above reason, our DFCSG 5th Anniversary Celebration Plan is still not ready and will be delayed further. We will do our best to release the latest Celebration Plan as soon as we could.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and we seek your understanding.
We would also like to take this opportunity to share some essential information on what we can do now to help curb the spread of COVID-19.
- Practise safe distancing – Keep at least 1 metre apart
- Buy responsibly – Just buy what you need, there is no need to stockpile
- See a doctor when you are sick, do not doctor-hop – when you are sick, wear a mask, see a doctor, and stay at home
- Wash you hands with soap – follow the 8 steps to clean you hands, make sure you wash your hands with soap for at least 20 seconds
- Only believe in news from official sources (e.g. MOH) – if the source of the news is unclear, do not trust it, do not share it, it is most probably fake.
- Be socially responsible – if you are on SHN, stay home and don’t go out!
- Minimise contact with others – Shop online, pay online, ask the delivery person to leave your items at you doorstep and collect them only after the delivery person have left.
